Golden-winged Sparrow

Not only is it an extremely attractive sparrow, it also has a history with me since many years. When I made my first birding trip to South America, to Venezuela in 1994, I failed to see this bird even if my birding friends had good looks at it. I returned back the day after by myself, and before I had a chance to get to the bird, two young fellows attacked me from behind and robbed me of all my clothes and money. Now I have got my revenge.
