Eurasian Three-toed Woodpecker

The female Eurasian Three-toed Woodpecker feeding young. I found this active breeding pair, probably the southernmost ever documented in Scandinavia. I decided to monitor the nest myself and followed the young growing up and eventually leaving the nest.
