Northern Saw-whet Owl

Photographing night birds is extra challenging but not less fun. The Northern Saw-whet Owl is one of four species in the Aegolius genus, where also our old world Boreal Owl belongs. This Saw-whet was together with the Flammulated owl, the top owls of the 9 species we saw and photographed.
